Child & Adolescent Therapy
Our Child and Adolescent Therapy provides a culturally sensitive, supportive environment where young people, including those with neurodiverse needs, can safely explore their emotions and navigate life’s challenges. Recognizing the unique cultural backgrounds and diverse experiences of each individual, we offer therapy that respects and integrates these elements to ensure an inclusive and empowering experience.
By employing tailored approaches, we help children and teens not only develop effective coping skills and enhance emotional regulation but also build resilience in the face of adversity. Our goal is to foster a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-worth, while supporting the development of stronger, more meaningful relationships with peers, family members, and their communities.
With a focus on creating an empathetic and understanding space, we honor the different cultural narratives and perspectives that shape each young person’s journey, promoting healing, growth, and positive mental well-being.

FAQ
Can my child obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan?
Children are eligible for a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). Simply talk to your GP, who can assist you in setting up a MHTP. This plan provides your child with a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions each calendar year.
Do you offer psychometric assessments for children?
Yes, we offer the ADHD Child Assessment, Learning Assessment, Cognitive (IQ) Assessment and Academic Assessment to children and adolescents.
Do you offer phone or online consultations for child & adolescent therapy?
We recommend face-to-face consultations for children and adolescents as they offer better engagement, allow for the observation of non-verbal cues, and provide a safer, more focused environment for self-expression and interactive therapeutic techniques. However, phone or online consultations can be arranged if neccessary.
How do I make an appointment?
